Job summary

Naugatuck Public Schools is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to students districtwide in California. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior plans and collect data aligned with IEP goals.

Responsibilities include one-on-one or small-group support, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and related staff to ensure consistent intervention delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently hold BACB RBT certification.
• Ability to implement behavior plans accurately and ethically.
• Strong communication and collaboration with classroom staff.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provides direct, one-on-one or small-group behavioral support in classrooms and school settings.
• Collects and summarizes data on student performance and incidents.
• Supports generalization of skills across settings and people.
• Participates in supervision meetings with the BCBA and applies feedback with fidelity.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries in line with district policy.
