Ro Health, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for school-based assignments across multiple districts for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. The role centers on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA guidance and supporting students to meet IEP goals within school settings.
You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs and teachers, and help students develop independence in daily routines and classroom tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Schedule: Varies per assignment, typically Monday-Friday, school hours
Pay: $24-$27 per hour (based on assignment and experience)
