Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school settings across multiple districts for the 2026–2027 year and beyond.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, help students with IEP goals, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff while working school hours and earning $26–$28 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred).
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition for analysis.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.
• Assist students in developing independence during routines and transitions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when communicating with educators, families, and supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to support progress.

Pay: $26–$28 per hour (based on assignment, experience, and certifications)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT
