Required qualifications include ParaPro/Para Pathways, or an Associate degree or 60 college credits, plus 40 hours of BCBA-supervised training, a background check, and RBT competency and exam completion.

Passing score on ParaPro/Para Pathways or an Associate degree or 60 hours of college credit.
Complete 40 hours of training under the supervision of a BCBA.
Criminal background check completed and RBT competencies completed.
