Manchester School District is hiring for a 26/27SY Self Contained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Manchester, New Hampshire. The role involves supporting students with behavioral challenges, implementing BCBA plans, and providing one-on-one assistance in an affiliated AFSCME position following the school calendar.

The candidate should have 48 college credits or a Para II DOE certification and hold a BACB RBT credential. CPI training or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 48 college credits or a Para II DOE certification.
• Holds BACB RBT certification and meets BACB requirements.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges, preferably in education.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, parents, and professionals.
• CPI certification or willingness to obtain through the District.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, and staff to assess and analyze student behavior.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing positive behaviors.
