Job summary

Ready Set Connect seeks a compassionate School Contract RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for students with ASD, under BCBA supervision. You will deliver individualized instruction, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and families to support progress.

The role requires strong communication and patience, with responsibilities across data collection, environment setup, and adherence to BACB ethics. Travel between centers may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using ABA and safety care techniques.
• Record accurate data on client progress and behavior; maintain session notes.
