Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 year. The team emphasizes mentoring, collaboration, and real impact on children and families. Positions offer consistent hours and school-day schedules with ongoing BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, and supporting teachers. Spanish language skills are a plus; driving may be required for assignments.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required or 6 months minimum, 1 year preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred in related fields.
• Ability to work with students in-person; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Support teachers and staff in managing behaviors.
