Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. SPG is dedicated to mentoring employees and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships as part of a committed team focused on helping kids.

Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour (starting at $25 for BTs), depending on experience and education. Responsibilities include implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, using ABA to improve student outcomes, collecting

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT within 90 days of employment.
• ABA experience, 6 months required, 1 year preferred.
• Associate degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
• Collect data.
• Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors.
