Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, starting at $25 for BTs, depending on experience and education.

The role emphasizes implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and supporting teachers in a collaborative school setting. SPG offers a unique mentoring program, weekly clinical support from BCBA supervisors, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment.
• ABA experience required: 6 months minimum.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work with students in-person.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• RBT Certification preferred
• Required to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 6 months required, 1 year (preferred)
• Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
• Ability to work with students in-person
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
• Driving is a key requirement for this position to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role. As such, a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable.
