Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in the United States is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 year. Salaries range from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, with starting pay at $25 for BTs, depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities include implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, applying ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition, collecting data, and supporting teachers.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred; must obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Associate’s Degree preferred in relevant fields.
• ABA experience, 6 months required; 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
• Collect data.
• Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors.
