Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. SPG emphasizes mentoring and strong client relationships, with a BCBA-supported environment. Roles include implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and data collection.

Salary ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, starting at $25 for BTs, depending on experience and education. This on-site opportunity offers consistent hours and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; must obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience: 6 months required, 1 year preferred.
• 40 hours RBT Training (SPG may provide).
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
• Collect data on progress and outcomes.
• Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors.
