Job summary

Gold Vine ABA is hiring a School-Based RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in elementary school settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement behavior plans and track progress.

You will stay at a single site, maintain reliable hours, and receive extensive mentorship and supervision. This role emphasizes professional development and direct client impact in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology/ABA a plus).
• Must be reliable and punctual to align with student school day.
• Able to complete Florida Level 2 background screenings and school district clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior intervention and ABA therapy in elementary classrooms.
• Support classroom routines, transitions, and group activities with students.
• Implement individualized BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Track daily behavioral data and maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and Gold Vine supervisor for a unified approach.
