The position offers flexible afternoon and early evening hours on a contract basis, with professional development and BCBA trajectory opportunities. A current RBT certification and 6+ months of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
• Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
