Gold Vine ABA, a family-owned, BCBA-led organization, seeks a School-Based BCaBA to lead on-site clinical activities in elementary settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and supervise RBTs within a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Ability to clear Florida Level 2 background screenings and school credentialing steps.
Responsibilities
- Serve as on-site clinical lead for assigned campus in elementary settings.
- Conduct FBAs and behavioral intakes under BCBA oversight.
- Develop, monitor, and refine individualized BIPs for classroom success.
- Provide direct supervision and BST to school-based RBTs.
- Run direct therapy sessions and support school staff with skills training.
- Monitor progress via data review, graphs, and treatment plan updates.
