Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings. You will implement plans written by the BCBA, collect data, and document session notes, collaborating with the team to ensure quality care.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to multiple locations. Compensation is hourly with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
