Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Inc. (YBGR) is seeking a Program Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team, delivering evidence-based therapy to youth with emotional, behavioral and psychiatric challenges in school, community and home settings.

This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating with families, schools and community agencies, and maintaining precise clinical documentation in line with PQI and state rules.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Criminal/Child Abuse clearance as required by Montana.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar (60 credit hours).
• Professional license
• License to operate a passenger vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy in school, community, or home settings.
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with families, schools and community agencies.
• Maintain PQI-compliant clinical documentation.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules.
