Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to deliver evidence‑based therapy for youth across school, community and home settings. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and schools.

Responsibilities include crisis interventions, documentation, and active participation in the treatment team. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree and Montana licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required from an accredited university.
• Licensure in Montana required or eligible: SWLC/PCLC/MFLC, LCSW/LCPC/MLFT.
• Must pass criminal record and child abuse background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community and home settings.
• Provide mental health clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage with parents/guardians/caregivers regularly.
