Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students in a dynamic school setting. This full-time role focuses on developing individualized therapy plans, delivering direct services aligned with IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers and families to promote mobility and functional skills.

You will conduct evaluations, document progress, ensure privacy compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with valid credentials.
• Experience in school settings is a plus.
• Ability to create individualized therapy plans for children.
• Excellent communication with educators, staff and families.
• Strong commitment to student growth and mobility.
• Deliver empathetic, evidence-based care in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students per IEP goals and best practices.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers for comprehensive support.
• Document services, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate families and staff on exercises and strategies to support participation.
• Maintain compliance with school policies, PT standards, and privacy guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to keep knowledge current.
