Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois PT license and a PT degree (MPT/DPT).
• Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel among schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT evaluation and intervention in school environments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans after assessments.
• Train staff and students on mobility and positioning equipment.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and nurses.
• Maintain thorough documentation including daily notes and reports.
