Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in Seattle, WA. This full-time 0.8 FTE, on-site role focuses on evaluating, treating, and supporting students through IEP-driven OT services within school settings.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student access to learning and daily activities, while maintaining thorough documentation and pursuing ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license to practice in the service state.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for classroom accommodations and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies to generalize interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in school-based OT.
