Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver direct OT services to students in Seattle. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to ensure goals are met and progress is documented.

The role is full-time 1.0 FTE, on-site for the 2026–2027 school year, with competitive benefits, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with teachers, parents and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt interventions to student needs in school environments.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to identify student OT needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for carryover of interventions.
