Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. This on-site role is 0.8 FTE, full-time schedule, with immediate coverage considerations.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver OT services aligned with IEP goals in a collaborative educational setting. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in OT, active state license, NBCOT certification, and prior school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license to practice in the service state.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Experience with school-aged children or educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions in dynamic school environments.
• Value collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' ability to access and succeed in their educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with their IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications, accommodations, and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.
