Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in Seattle, WA. This on-site, full-time role supports students across districts with IEP-goal aligned OT services.

The OT will conduct evaluations, develop plans, and collaborate with educators and families. Licensure, NBCOT certification, and state compliance are required; compensation includes strong benefits and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice OT in the service state.
• NBCOT certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students in fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and multidisciplinary teams for modifications and accommodations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations and sessions and engage in ongoing professional development.
