Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. This on-site, full-time 1.0 FTE role involves evaluations, implementing IEP-aligned therapy, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student access and success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice OT where services are provided.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ needs in dynamic school environments.
• Value collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for modifications and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for generalization of therapy.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations and progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in school-based OT.
