Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the Seattle area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role supports students across districts with evaluations, treatment plans, and direct OT services.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams, tailoring interventions to meet diverse student needs while maintaining thorough documentation and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license for the service location.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience with school-aged children or educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for accommodations and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for generalization of interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in school-based OT practices.
