Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students in Seattle, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, 1.0 FTE, on-site role offers stability and collaboration with school districts nationwide.

You’ll conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide direct OT services, and collaborate with teachers and families to meet IEP goals. The position includes IEP participation, documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided.
• NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' ability to access and succeed in their educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with their IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications, accommodations, and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.
