Therapy Solutions is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for Seattle, WA. This full-time, on-site role supports students in the 2026–2027 year with flexible options across full-time/part-time structures and on-site settings.

Responsibilities include evaluating needs, creating individualized plans aligned with IEP goals, and delivering direct OT services. Collaboration with teachers and families, meetings, and thorough documentation are essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in WA.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience with school-aged children or educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to dynamic school environments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' OT needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for generalization of interventions.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current.
