Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team in Seattle, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time 1.0 FTE position includes on-site services across districts with flexible options to fit your needs.

You'll evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, support IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to remove barriers to learning. Ongoing mentorship and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice OT.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs (fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, daily living skills).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support access to education.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for accommodations and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
