Family of Kidz is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for school district placements across Long Island, Westchester and Hudson Valley regions. Positions include fee-for-service and full-time options with a flexible schedule aligned to the school calendar.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $120 per hour, with larger caseloads earning $200+ per hour. Benefits for full-time roles are generous and include PTO, holidays, health, retirement plans, and more.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• COTAs welcome to apply!
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
