Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support school-based services across Long Island, Westchester and Hudson Valley districts. Opportunity may be Fee-for-Service or Full-Time with Monday–Friday hours aligned to the school calendar.

Pay ranges from $60–$120 per hour, with higher rates for larger caseloads depending on license and service. Full-Time benefits include generous PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, life

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• COTAs welcome to apply; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
