Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students across multiple CT campuses. This full-time contract runs through June 7, 2027, offering exposure to a diverse caseload from elementary through high school.

The OT will provide services, develop individualized plans, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to improve student access and participation.

Qualifications

• CT OT licensure required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Knowledge of pediatric diagnoses (ED, ASD, ADHD, ODD, LD).

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to students in individual and group formats.
• Develop targeted treatment plans aligned with functional goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to improve access and participation.
• Maintain records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Adapt therapy strategies for students across elementary to high school levels.
