Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school-based contract. You will collaborate with educators and families to foster academic, social, and emotional growth and ensure alignment with IEPs.

The role runs August 27, 2026 to June 17, 2027, with a steady 37.5-hour week. You’ll conduct assessments, set IEP goals, monitor progress, and document sessions while maintaining compliance with school and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OT license for the state or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Experience or coursework in pediatric or school-based OT preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff and families.
• Ability to assess students’ needs and create individualized support plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in group and individual settings.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support students’ participation and success in daily activities.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP and student support meetings to advocate for students’ needs.
• Adapt therapeutic strategies and interventions to each student’s unique abilities and goals.
