Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support K-12 students in the greater Easton area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract offers weekly pay and a benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Expect a 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with collaboration across educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience in school settings is highly valued.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage diverse K-12 caseloads with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services for students.
• Support IEP development and therapy plan implementation.
• Conduct assessments to inform intervention and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to maximize student outcomes.
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school/state guidelines.
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment to unlock student potential.
