Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to impact students in Heathsville, VA. The contract role covers 3 public and 2 private schools, with a balanced caseload of direct (11 students) and indirect (8) services. You’ll travel between sites and work on-site 2–3 days weekly.

The ideal candidate holds a Virginia OT license, experience in school settings, and excels in IEP documentation, progress reporting, and time management.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia OT license.
• Experience in elementary/secondary school settings (public/private).
• Strong documentation and progress reporting for IEP development.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload across multiple school settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services, including makeup sessions for missed appointments.
• Provide input for IEP meetings and complete progress reports as required.
• Collaborate with school staff, educators, and families to support student goals and well-being.
• Travel among assigned school locations to provide services as scheduled.
