Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services for a school district near Souderton, PA. This full-time role covers elementary and middle school caseloads, operating five days a week through March 2027.

As part of a 1099 independent contracting position, you will work with the school community, utilize a range of testing tools, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, and document progress in line with IEPs and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy in the U.S.
• Experience with school-based services preferred.
• Clearances for Child Abuse, FBI/State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide school-based OT services to elementary and middle school students as per IEP goals.
• Screen and document student progress using approved assessments.
• Participate in IEP and MDT meetings to adjust therapy interventions and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to support carry-over of skills in the classroom.
• Provide consultative input to parents regarding therapy plans.
