Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide school-based services for a local school district in Newark, DE. The positions are full-time for the 2026/27 school year and are offered as 1099 independent contracting roles, with on-site and off-site mentorship available.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, a valid state OT license, and required child abuse, federal, and state clearances.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions to meet educational goals in IEPs.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student levels, strengths, needs, and progress using approved instruments.
• Participate in IEP/MDT meetings to evaluate needs and revise interventions and goals.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan classroom-based activities and ensure skill carry-over.
