Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services through a local school district. The role is a 1099 independent contracting position with mentorship from Clinical Directors and Team Leaders, plus access to a Lending Library and a robust support network.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, an active OT license, and required clearances.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and an active state OT license.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, FBI, and state background checks required.
• Experience with school-based therapy methods and IEP processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver school-based OT services to meet IEP goals in individual or group formats.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student progress using approved assessment tools.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers to implement therapeutic strategies in class.
