Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Lansdale, PA is seeking three School-Based Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a flexible schedule in the school setting.

As a School-Based OT, you will support students' IEP goals, develop fine motor and sensory processing skills, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with teachers and families. PA license required; pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania OT license.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services based on students' IEP goals.
• Help students develop fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
• Conduct evaluations and assist with treatment planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.
• Monitor student progress and complete required documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
