Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in Royersford, PA for a maternity leave coverage from 12/14/26 to 3/26/27. The role focuses on students in grades K-5, including AS & ES students and Learning Support, with on-site and off-site mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Clearances including Child Abuse, Federal, and State are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide specialized therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions to meet educational goals in IEPs.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student levels, strengths, needs, and progress using approved testing instruments.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings to evaluate needs and revise therapy interventions and goals.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan classroom-based activities and ensure carry-over of skills.
• Provide consultative services to involve parents in the therapy program.
• Compile, maintain, and file reports and documents per laws and school policies, including equipment/materials documentation.
• Meet student needs by partnering with other disciplines.
• Maintain knowledge of current research and practices in school-based therapy.

Education
