Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services to private school students with autism and behavioral needs during the current school year. This part-time role offers 2–3 days per week during school hours (8:00 AM–3:30 PM).

Responsibilities include OT evaluations, development of goals, IEP collaboration, and thorough documentation. Prioritize in-person delivery and ensure up-to-date clearances and liability insurance as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Pennsylvania OT license.
• At least 1 year of experience with children with disabilities including autism.
• Ability to provide services in person.
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop targeted goals based on student needs.
• Provide occupational therapy services supporting personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals.
• Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and educational team members as appropriate.
