Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks part-time Occupational Therapists to provide in-person services for charter school students in Newark, New Jersey.

The position is two days per week (no Friday) with one day on Monday, roughly 7:30/7:45am–4:00pm and a middle school caseload of about 16 students. NJ OT licensure and NJ School Certification are required, with willingness to obtain any necessary clearances and professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey.
• New Jersey school certification required/eligible.
• Possession or willingness to obtain up-to-date background clearances and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Address student needs across personal, social, emotional, academic and vocational areas impacting education goals.
• Assist in evaluations and develop goals for students needing OT services.
• Support students’ IEPs with ongoing documentation and planning.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
