Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-person compensatory occupational therapy services for private school students with autism and behavioral needs during the current school year.

This temporary assignment is approximately 15 hours per week for about 8 weeks, with daily hours between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. The role supports students’ development and IEP goals and requires PA licensure and up-to-date clearances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• PA OT license.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities, including autism and behavioral needs.
• Ability to provide services in person.
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop targeted goals based on student needs.
• Provide occupational therapy services that support students’ personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of students’ IEPs.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and other members of the educational team as appropriate.
• This role does not involve crisis intervention or physical holds.
