School-Based Occupational Therapist – In-Person (Autism & IEP)

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking PA-licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-person school-based OT services for private school students with autism and behavioral needs during the current school year.

Openings include Carlisle, PA for full-time and New Cumberland, PA for part-time (2–3 days per week). Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP collaboration, and maintaining documentation. School-day hours run 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current PA OT license is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities, including autism and behavioral needs.
• Ability to provide services in person.
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop targeted goals.
• Provide OT services supporting personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals.
• Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs.
• Maintain clear, accurate, timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and educational team as appropriate.
