Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking several Pennsylvania-licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide in-person services to private school students with autism and behavioral needs during the current school year. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with school-day hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

These roles do not involve crisis intervention or physical holds. You will conduct evaluations, develop goals, support IEPs, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current PA OT license.
• At least 1 year of experience with children with disabilities including autism/behavioral needs.
• Ability to provide services in person.
• Clearances current or willing to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop targeted goals for students.
• Provide OT services supporting personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals.
• Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs.
• Maintain clear, accurate, timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and educational team as appropriate.
