Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-person compensatory therapy services for private school students with autism and behavioral needs during the current school year.

This temporary assignment is approximately 15 hours per week for about 8 weeks, with hours between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. The role emphasizes evaluations, goal development, IEP contributions, and collaborative teamwork in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Experience with children with disabilities including autism and behavioral needs.
• Ability to provide services in person.
• Clearances up-to-date or willingness to obtain.
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop targeted goals based on student needs.
• Provide in-person occupational therapy services to support students’ personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals.
• Contribute to development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and educational team as appropriate.
