Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time assignment in Bellevue, WA, ASAP through June 2027. You will evaluate individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide services supporting independence in daily activities.

Join a supportive team and contribute to meaningful outcomes for students in Western Washington. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and school-based teams, with supervision of OT assistants when assigned.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (Washington).
• At least one year of professional OT experience preferred.
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

Mansioni

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and reevaluations to identify functional needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized plans of care with the healthcare team.
• Provide skilled interventions to support daily living skills and independence.
• Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
• Assess adaptive equipment needs and provide instruction on safe use.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as assigned and maintain documentation.
