Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC in Tukwila, WA is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role serves K-12 students (up to 30) with a focus on assessments, treatment, and consultation.

You will participate in IEP meetings, write goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and ensure timely documentation. Washington OT licensure and ESA Certification are required; OSPI fingerprinting is also needed. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State OT license.
• Must hold ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• OSPI fingerprinting must be completed.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
