Ampersand Therapy in Bellevue, WA is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 2026–2027 assignment starting ASAP through June 2027. You will evaluate individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide services that support independence in daily activities within a school-based setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (WA).
• At least one year of professional OT experience preferred.
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with individuals, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Conduct OT evaluations and reevaluations to identify functional needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled interventions to support daily living and independence.
• Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on strategies and home programs.
• Assess and instruct on adaptive equipment and splints when appropriate.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the team.
