Qualifications

• Ability to design and adapt therapy plans per student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to a caseload of 55-60 students across elementary and secondary grades.
• Administer assessments and develop IEPs with educators and families.
• Deliver therapy individually and in small groups; track progress.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff on interventions and strategies.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with regulations.
