Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students in a school setting, serving elementary to secondary levels with a caseload of 55-60.

The role involves coordinated IEP development, direct therapy, and ongoing progress monitoring during the academic year. The ideal candidate will have NV OT licensure or eligibility, experience in schools or teletherapy, and strong communication and documentation skills to collaborate with educators, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• A valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Nevada (or eligibility to obtain).
• Previous experience working in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to design and adapt therapy plans based on each student’s needs.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 55-60 students, spanning elementary and secondary grades.
• Administer assessments and develop IEPs in collaboration with educators and families.
• Deliver therapy both individually and in small groups, tracking student progress throughout the academic year.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding intervention supports and classroom strategies.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with all regulations and policies.
